I think 60 fps is a given for Forza, especially online. Anything less than 50's usually an issue if you're going all-out multiplayer.
I'm sure a ton of reveals will be in store for E3 from Sony.

This is a total skip for me from what I heard of the PC version. Either just gonna keep playing Skyrim or wait until the Elder Scrolls VI.

Doubt it, because it's not even a competition. Two open-world games measuring up to one another is like two dramas battling it out. Will Lincoln measure up to Argo? Wouldn't know, because they're not even the same movies, really. And Fallout 4 has ten times the brand recognition over The Witcher just because of its constant "leaks" and the overall success of the post-apocalyptic genre at present.
Probably lots of Assassin's Creed, Rainbow Six, and a Just Dance-a-thon like usual.
Deux Ex really has some big shoes to fill this or next year. I've always wondered what Warren Spectre's Deus Exes would've been like though...
Nah, the PS4 has Killzone: Shadowfall, better than any Resistance game's been in the last four years.

The Witcher 3's side quests are insane – they're almost like a game in themselves, which they basically are.
Hmm, Tales is going cross-gen before current-gen, eh? Guess it's going the way of Persona 5, then. I'd imagine that it'd be PS3 and PS4 for Japan, PS4 only overseas.

Bioware is the last reason I still tolerate EA games – I sure hope they don't force ME 4 on us before it's done. At best we should get a tease of it this E3, but I wouldn't want it released any sooner than 2017 if the concept art they showed off is the farthest they've seriously gotten on it.
