As much as I love my PS3 and 360 the unfortunate fact is that the hardware quickly becomes outdated. I was a casual pc gamer before turning hardcore console.
I predict (Sadly) that we will see a PC/console hybrid soon in the future.

what I did was add a paypal account to payment options, apply it to membership
Remove my card details and then go into paypal and cancel the pre approved payment.

If it does go multiplat, I wont buy it for that reason, the only reason Im getting XIII-2 is that its a continuation of XIII as I was one of the poor souls that bought it assuming Versus was an exclusive and thought why not.

Based on the reports of this from 2006 it concerns consoles who have previously had the dvd drives flashed or are currently flashed. The new firmware allegedly resets the dvd drives back to original states but the patch probable picked up on it and banned it.
Bad times, but if your going to pirate or even play legis backups, stay the hell of LIVE
I heard a rumour that they are fixing an exploit where Jailbreak users can get PSN content for free through use of the ps3 web browser. Bad times :(
Got a review copy on 360, played it through VGA on 1280 x 768
Completed it yesterday (Single Player) Took 8 hours, would have taken less if I was using my brain properly.
From the voice acting to the entire story, this game is immense, looks gorgeous regardless which platform you choose to get it on. Cross Platform play on the PS3 is a bonus.
Gameplay gets very similar to Half Life series around 60% through. (A great thing)

have been following this since release (12 hours ago), as someone who supports homebrew I know not to try anything that has not been fully tested etc. Instead it really opened my eyes to how bad and desperate piracy is.
While there are legits reasons for playing backups (broken BR drive) the fact remains that 99% of ps3/xbox/wii/gba/ds/psp hackers want to play games for free. And the fact that over 80% who installed this suffered a brick just because it stated they could fina...

Dont worry about this, from what iv read, the things required to accomplish this backup to work are not 'noob friendly' (hackers words not mine) and looks very complicated! The masses clamouring and demanding eboots is astounding. Just pray that no one makes a video tutorial or a program that does all the steps with one click! Should limit the damage for the time being

@Cozmo, My bad! It is now i forgot. But still, he created something that can run on the console and on the latest FW. Before only Sony could do that, apparantly it was a proof of concept to show it can be done. (signing homebrew)

Hacks been around to do that since august/sept 2010. This hack is so you can create your own programs/app. Put it into a ps3 update file and trick the ps3 into thinking its a sony approved program......and to run pirated games on the ps3 unfortunately
Awesome! This was the first one I played after picking it up pre-owned and still my favorite out of all of them!
