@anticooper & the disagreeing ppl,
Thats called sarcasm. Learn to recognise it.
Thief: Deadly Shadows was a great game IMO, I dont know why ppl keep shoving it off as a failure of sorts. If they're going to make Thi4f a lot like Deadly Shadows, then that just increases the MUST-BUY factor for me.
But hé, thats just me...
Indeed, besides; this news was already known (to me anyway). The fact that you can get married, have someone move in with you and so on... It's all about how it is developed.
I will admit, if developed in a certain way it can resemble Fable, but there are plenty of other ways to develop this aspect in which case it can become something entirely different...
I agree, my first thought that came up was Middle Earth! :P
This is a first impressions video... He just states the things he misses in this game and compares it to previous games in the series. I for one completely agree with what he has to say.
Uber realism? Have you ever played a Battlefield game? Sure it's more realistic than MW, but then again... Zelda is more realistic than MW.
If you want uber realism, go play ArmA. Battlefield has just the right amount of realism to prevent the cheap feel MW gives, while still keeping the fun factor high.
This is old news...
Me too!! Some websites complained sort of about the fact that they had seen some of the scenes/ setup/ gameplay-elements in the first game already, but that really doesn't bother me. I mean I'm all for new content, but if they just made a new story line with pretty much the same gameplay I would be totally fine with that.
Personally I have absolutely zero interest in copies like this. They just spoil the real game which will be released later this year.
It's the same thing like cam-copies of movies. You see half the movie, uncover the plot, but miss out on the total experience. I'll take waiting a few months over that any day!
"with one specific choice right at the end."
In other words: the choices you make during the game couldnt make less of a difference on the ending, but what you choose to do right before the game ends, thát chooses your ending scene...
No story line? Get yourself checked dude :S. No character devolopment? How háve you played this game? I believe there are actually a few quests in which you get help from a NPC.
True, the talking to ppl was awkwardly weird, but that doesnt change the fact that the game was awesome. If you cant step over a little thing like that, you should stop gaming right now.
When you leave town you have a handy little compass with a handy little marker to tell your h...
'The Code' is Arabic. It means as much as Altaïr, son of nobody. But I'm sure you already knew that by now ;).
I know that, but I mean it has been out for the PC for quite a while, so people have seen enough to decide whether the game appeals to them or not. More trailers for another platform is, as I said, in my opinion just redundant.
???
First of all, this game has been long released for the PC, so I think trailers are a bit redundant at this point. Second of all, this might not be the best trailer around, but that doesn't make the game boring. On the contrary, I thought it was a very nice game (on PC of course) and had lots of fun playing it.
Looks promising, to say the least. Looking forward to this one!
Yeah!! Good decision on this one!
Although a little co-op would have been appreciated, singleplayer is still the most important part of a game for me... So as long as that's intact and fully functioning, you won't hear me complain.
ROFLMAO :D
Weird indeed :P. Nice ending though...
Dudes... Please... Enough with all the Black Ops tutorial/tips crap. We get it, only noobs play CoD and they need all the help they can get, but seriously. Enough is enough.
Read... Closely...
