No. They're trying too hard to be like Street Fighter now with meter & cinematic specials. It's basically just a SC5 reskin with old characters this time. I think it's safe to say that this will be the last SoulCalibur once it flops and that's a good thing if they're just going to keep going in that direction instead of bringing the game back to its roots.

People already knew that this was going in the direction of DmC with the graphics. It no longer has the classic anime look. Those people only choose to ignore this because Capcom is behind it this time.
Too bad it looks like trash. They need to get rid of the clay looking characters. It reeks of laziness (then again, it's by the same team that made that Heroines Tag Team game so I know this is already going to flop).

I don't know what you expected considering the game was going to be garbage the moment it was announced. The first Shaq-Fu only reached meme status because of the FGC making fun of it.

It's not like they're going to waste time making a new GTA when they can just port this one to PS5 & other next-gen systems. They already have a ton of sheep wasting money on their microtransactions.
