these guys are so fixated with the franchise that they see things where there are none. I mean, just read this quote:

the game didn't age well though. Way too many QTE's that aren't as well implemented as in the God of War series.
Eurogamer did a retrospective review of DMC4 and ended up saying that the game not only aged better than Bayonetta but that it's better overall too.

@Miya because a console with bad sales will only be ignored by the 3rd party's like it's happening with the PS Vita. No sales no games.
Another thing is that the small niche and mainstream coexists very well, the ones that are about to disappear are the mid tier developers.

it seems people don't agree with you even though most of the GOTY awards this gen were won by a PS3 exclusive. Uncharted, Demon's Souls, MGS4, Journey, Little Big Planet... Way too many GOTY awards. XD
On top of it the PS3 is the only console delivering on 2013. It started with Ni No Kuni then GOW Ascension, The Last of Us, Beyond Two Souls and the many Jrpg's like Atelier Ayesha, Disgaea D2, Yakuza 5, Tales of Xillia, etc.

how can you like the button layout when it didn't even work well with most games except for Nintendo's? 1 huge button on the center and other small ones around it is the very definition of bad design.
I remember when I tried to play Megaman collection on it, it was the worst of the worst. Playing Capcom vs SNK was literally impossible and the triggers were so hard that after awhile your fingers would hurt!

it still sold 5 millions which says a lot to them. The RE franchise has massive staying power just like FF and it doesn't matter how good or bad the game turns out it will sell.
Rising's one of those few games that are not First Person Shooters that I think would play better with Move rather than with a traditional controller.

Wii U has weaker CPU, lower system bandwidth, no HDD, no blu-ray playback and only slightly better GPU and just for that they are selling the console for $350 which is a total rip-off compared to the PS3/Xbox.
This is not even about power, it is about Nintendo ripping you off and you letting them do it because you're a fanboy. Another example of an overpriced Nintendo system? The $250 launch price of the 3DS. But at least people were smart enough to not fall for that one....
