The 360 won't have Bluray games, but the next one is more likely.
There are L2 and R2 buttons on both sides of the screen. You have to look close, but they are there.
Don't forget, the 40G PS3 also INCLUDES a wireless connection. I know it isn't required to go online, but that is another 100 bucks if you want to get that for the 360. Taking your $379 core-made-premium up to $479. Just thought I would throw that in there, I know it doesn't matter to the online play, but just another tidbit.
I think this game looks like a lot of fun. Some shots looked better graphically than others, but it still looks enjoyable. Question for the Xbox owners who have played it: Is it any good?

The PS3 has a fan. A big fat one. It's just not as obnoxious as the 360s. I'm pretty sure that qualifies as a cooling system.
Things have to go with the lowest common denominator if they are to work on both platforms. Storage: Lowest format this generation is, sadly, still DVD. Why put in on a more expensive package if you don't have to? The good news is BD rocks and can read many older formats.

There's no such thing as a POS3...It's PS3, PlayStation 3. Some of you guys underestimate this machine. For all that you knock it for, it is doing well and there are many, many happy customers. I tell you this, I got my 360 at launch...and played the crap out of a bunch of weak a** games. Nothing worth playing until GeOW. I went through 2 systems before I even got to a good game! I played Gears, got rid of my 360 and bought a stable, fun system. The PS3.
