New gen isnt coming anytime soon...
just listen to game devs, analysts, Sony, MS, EA, and etc.
this will easily be longest console gen and that will be enough time for sony to surpass MS.
u realize they spent more than 200 million ads and promotion.
Halo 3 used 200 mill on marketing and Reach has 60 more budget which means 320 million dollars in marketing...
sales mean nothing when u spend that much in marketing.
MW2 sold more/faster with a lot smaller marketing budget.
i remember MW2 beating halo 3 in a first week.
so according to your logic
MW2 = 1 week Halo 3= 2 years and MW2 still won.

the graphics gap is getting bigger and bigger and we are still far from next gen according to analysts, Sony, EA, MS, and devs.
there are haters who tries to bring it down and who tries to talk about overhype.
and there are xbox fanboys who try to exaggerate into best game ever....
it's got 92 on metacritic and 8 reviews were from site with "xbox" in their name.
i think it is a great game, but the ads, marketing and fanboys made it bigger than what it is.
but only few likes how it is implemented....
it was stripped of its processing chip and such.. and now it suffers from lag/glitch/inaccuracy problems...
They had to fake the whole E3 conference just to hide its problems.

In the patch note, it obviously states that only NONliscensed 3rd party devices are disabled.
What author is talking about is FragStein controllers which were disabled, but new patch is up and you can just download it to be compatible with 3.5 again.\
LG, Samsung, Sony, Panasonic, Pioneer, and etc.
so pretty much all major TV companies have 3D option in their tvs.
this is why i literally Lol when i see xbox fanboys claiming that 3D is just a fad
it shouldve been a demo.... or cheap PSN game.
its accuracy and latency are amazing in the game...
i mean every single minigame except volleyball shows that Move is so much better than Wiimote.
but game itself gets boring quick.
so either way, i dont know how Move can be disappointing when it lived up to the promises it made.

i remember seeing report that MW2 players outnumbered Halo 3 by 25 to 1 when it came out.

Past 2 years, PS3 has shown that it destroys xbox in terms of pure hardware power.
Because of number of reasons, they cant release another console yet in couple years. Therefore, they are releasing Kinect, so it can have an edge in casual market
