Lets be honest here. Open world games are overrated.
I'm not saying they are bad, Witcher3 was excellent, HZD and Zelda are good games.
Linear games tell stories better imo and just mold together better. I don't need a murder mystery.
I prefer a straight forward, girl has been kidnapped, or I have to find the Stone or sword that saves humanity. Sure there can be twists. But Many games just get lost.

A console costing more and comin out later with a newer GPU and more ram should run the game better.
Image quality on PS4 or PS4pro were never a problem in the first place.
The main problem this gen has been is CPU bottlenecks and even with the 2.1ghz and 2.3ghz of pro and x, these are still a problem in some games. Framerates still dip here and there.
Hopefully at the start of the next gen, these will be addressed.
I do like GT, but there needs to be more offline content. It needs many more tracks.
I understand the online profile, and I think that is the right choice you have to win better tracks

Both PRO and X are capable machines. Although Processors should have been better.
But both should give people options of either 1080p/60fps or 4k 30 upscaled or not.
99.9% same thing.
It comes down to games, and money.
What console has the games I want to play. What system do I want to pay a subscription for as well.
If money does not matter that's your choice.
As for Blu-ray. Nobody cares. I stream everything these days either from PC or PS4.

Said this already, but just like the Pro, 2.1ghz cpu and xbox1 being 2.3ghz. Cpu's are not powerful enough.

Septic you forget a few things.
Obviously a Forza guy that has used the same engine for it's slight updates based on the same code.
PD'S code has had to be rewritten because of the PS3, most things were offloaded to Spu's and totally different code base, hardware.
All GT needs is more known tracks and offline content which will come.
As a driving game, graphics are unmatched and the drive is sublime.
Assassins creed were never great games, Original was probably the best one. Although was buggy in places.
Hopefully this is the last and ubi move on.
