I loved HL1,2 but go back and replay them. They don't hold up well.
HL2 was always too easy. A child could beat it.
I think with a newer engine and a good story, a new HL could do well.

TLOU is unmatched in any story telling game. mood, atomsphere. Witcher 3 was good, but got side tracked too many times.
More sales with Crash. More chance of new games and Crash team racing etc.

As for PSNOW. It's free trial for the week and i'm trying it out.
It's decent in some games, laggy in others. But nothing beats having the game in the machine.
Microsoft thought they needed something beefier to compete with Pro. But although they did a good job with gpu/ram/bandwidth. The biggest problem was always the cpu.
Next gen needs more power for more physics etc imo.

Xboxone x has a newer GPU with more ram. That's why it reaches higher rez.
Pro is a butterfly effect.
When pro is playing a game at base levels, one gpu is turned off.
When it's pushing higher rez etc. it uses both.

Lmao xbox one x does not do 4k in this game at all.
It's a dynamic scaler in use most of the time. it's base render rez is 1400 - 1550p then upscaled.

Textures are low even when maxed on PC.
