There was an add-on VR and new hardware experience coming for this game.
There was a boot which was USB controlled. You plugged it in and whenever enemies had you, the boot kicked your nuts over and over again. You could upgrade to a jockstrap for protection. They came in different colors.

Some dev's want to have 30fps maxed graphics. Some want 60fps that look very nice.

Gears 4 is nothing special graphically and 5 only looks like a slight upgrade.
It isn't going to run at 60fps in 4k.
Gears 4 is 30fps @ 4k and 1080p @60fps.
Not a very good game anyway. Very bland.
