There is barely any difference when looking at 1600x900 vs 1920x1080.
But there is 720p vs 1080p.
As for Frames per second.
30fps is fine as long as it stays at that.
But 60fps is always welcome, In fps or sims.
I don't doubt PC has better aa and ever so slightly shadows etc.

It does not have better textures, It has better AA/rez/fps due to the actual graphic card. Not the engine. Depending on what GPU you have.
And because the REZ is higher, the textures become clearer. A common misconception between people.
Which leads onto my next point.
A Monitor can go alot higher in rez and also depending on gpu. But a PS4 is limited to 1080p and so are most people's tv's.

BF4 on PS4/PC, there is about 5% difference. And that is mainly due to rez/aa. Everything else is more or less the same and i have the game on both.

Any game that is 900p gets scaled. tv's don't do 900p.
Same thing with BF4 on PS4. It's 900p upped to 1080p.
Graphics do matter.
But Game play matters more.
And just because some games have great graphics and poor gameplay, that's nothing to do with it. The game would have been poor anyway.
What are people arguing about. Completely different types of games, MGS isn't the same openworld. It's giving more angles of attack to complete the missions.
