Sony is scared of homebrew on their console so the locked up enough so that hackers can't gain access. They don't want another PSp on their hands. unfortunately this also prevents developers from accessing parts of the GPU.
this or DBZ. this just made me want it more.
but if a few installs and a couple long cut-scenes prevent you from buying a game then thats SAD! I'd strip you of your gaming rights if I could. =P
But just to re-iterate...IF YOU DON'T CUT SCENES, THEN SKIP THEM! Cut scenes are skippable in MGS4, which blows some peoples theories of them covering up load times out the water. It was mentioned in the review given by PTOM. I suggest some of you read it.

i hope i can find this used and for a little cheaper a few weeks after it comes out. DBZ games depreciate quickly in value over a short time for some reason.
