A few things are very mistaken with your comments here:
A) While the PS3 version of MW2 did have problems the first day, which was due to a patch on IW's side it was just within a day. I had no issues getting on to play the day after the games release. The 360 version was not without it's own issues either, there were a lot of reports of matchmaking taking up to 30 minutes to find a group at some points as well as a lot of 360 systems would not read the MW2 disc.
