releasing LBP2 would be like YouTube creating a whole new website for HD videos - it would split the community. LBP is not just a game - it's a platform, and has shown strength in the numerous updates it's received and growing community; it doesn't need a sequel.
MM would be much better off working towards something new and innovative (and that's what I'm expecting)
the trailer was BS? sounds just like the Killzo...oh wait ;)
has gone from the PS3 to the PSP
Will these people just shut up already?
...are there any left?
...implosion of the universe
I'm hoping the friends list max count increases to accommodate games like MAG. Also, the ability to group friends would be uber-awesome!
My bet is they won't announce the next Warhawk until MAG has been in the public eye for a little while - because I'm speculating it will use the same 256-player technology for epic space battles like the one in the intro to Star Wars Episode 3!
:D
Going by this logic I guess retailers should pull their stocks of iPods and Digital Media Players too...
Evan Wells: We haven't announced all of the multiplayer modes yet, but I can tell you that you have several more competitive modes than we tested in the beta and at least 2 more cooperative modes (that are actually some of my favorite). We also have variations on all the competitivemodes that focus on specific kinds of weapons. And of course our Cinema mode allows you to play back any of your matches and view it from ANY angle. You'll also be able to upload those recordings so othe...
you can download PSN titles UNLIMITED times for up to FIVE systems. So you can split the price with up to 4 friends. A $30 title could end up costing $6!!!
Seriously with that kind of option, plus the convenience of no physical media, makes it WORTH the full price.
But as far as I'm concerned the only thing they really need is the capability to 'rent' or 'try before you buy'. There are a number of titles on PSN that look interesting but since I have no idea how they ...
1. MGO DLC (Levels)
2. MGS4 trophies
3. MGO trophies
4. MGO DLC (Characters)
5. Metal Gear Solid PSN/PSP
and if weekends are included:
6. MGS4 Soundtrack download from PSN
7. MGS5 exclusive to PS3!!! *ends dream* :P
Patapon 2 is a download-only title in the US yet Sony managed to distribute it via traditional means.
The same thing can be done to upcoming PSP titles - have download vouchers available at retail. Simple.
obviously IGN didn't update the schedule straight away after the E3 conference
check out the updated schedule here:

(Computer science-speak):
you could program a Bubble Sort algorithm and a Quick Sort algorithm on the PS3 and max out the CPU usage in either case. The thing is: one method is far more efficient than the other
that is the greatest comment i have ever heard in the history of forever! LOLOLOLOL!
actually the colour of the electricity is reflective of your status: blue = hero/good, red = infamous/evil
but yeah this game is looking more awesome the more i see it :D
it's also likely a bulk of the development time is spent on making the environment as rich and dynamic as possible - character models are easy in comparison.
I suspect Kratos' brother in the underworld would have something to do with it. Maybe fighting him in the game would unlock the 'arena mode'
Though as Corey Balrog (lead animator for GoW 1 and 2) suggested there would be a cooperative mode for a next God of War "if we can do something unique with it."
My take on that is co-op will be unlocked once you meet your brother who will "appear" to be by your side in going against Zeus. However, the twist ...
masterful engineering. especially when compared to the innards of an xbox 360
check out the number of integrated circuits on the ps3 (1st pic) vs number of analogue components such as capacitors on the xbox 360 (2nd pic)
the Japanese sure know how to make electronics
