Thats an impressive number of games! Ive been an all around gamer as well with fps being my least favorite since im not much of a multiplayer gamer.
This was one game at first I never gave a chance due to having a 57 rating on metacritic, but I bought it on sale and I had more fun with this game then I did with some games with ratings of 85+. It made me realize how much of a fool I was by listening to reviewers. As a bleach fan im more then pleased with this game, but like most people I would love a fighting game similar to the naruto storm games.
I played so many different types of games this gen on my ps3 that I dont think I would of touched if they came out last gen. I own about 75 physical copies of games just on my ps3 which is an improvement from the 20 games I had for my ps2 and gamecube.
I remember laughing while kicking Poseidon ass in gow 3...good times.
Im enjoying this game so far! Love the fact that I can pick up secondary weapons and grappling enemies has never been better than it is in this game.

Yeah the final boss and the one with Madara were really great. I bought the game mainly for the story and the game ended up acting like a great refresher, it was good to experience the 5 Kage summit and other arcs again.
The DMC game was ok but this dante was missing the original charm that the other one had. Throughout the game I was waiting for an awesome one liner only to be disappointed, and the end he goes one step further as an emo by saying " I dont even know who I am anymore"....-_-
Well everything before his defeat was true to the manga/anime and followed it quite well imo, but I will admit that it could of been way better if they hadn't made those changes to the story and ended with maybe a cliffhanger instead. Either way I was still greatly satisfied with the game.
I enjoyed the game a lot, especially the cutscenes since they retold the story quite well.
Can't these 2 franchises just coexist without all this BS? I purchased tomb raider and I'm enjoying it, it reminds me of uncharted( yes I know tomb raider came before) but yet at the same time feels different. Uncharted is one of my favorite gaming franchises, so tomb raider is going to have a tough time surpassing it for me, but its a great game and crystal dynamics deserves a lot of credit for all the hard work they put in.
I would love to see a batman arkham type of game,dbz or naruto fighting game, infamous, next NHL game, and hopefully the next sonic game that has been rumored.
GOW 3 was one hell of a game! Just played the opening level again and watching the gods and titans battle in the background is just amazing.
I used to watch this show on tv but that scott jones guy is a horrible reviewer. He gave persona 4 a 4.0/10, uncharted 3 6.5/10, and they recently revisted mgs4 which he gave a 1/10. I dont know if hes trying to be a troll or just takes his anger out by giving low scores to quality games(he has made negative references to his ex-wife quite a few times on the show), but he has underscored many games that clearly deserve better.
I dont think this gaame is "pointless". I havent played gow since ghost of sparta which was 3 years ago, so im glad I picked this up yesterday. Screw the haters
I knew this game was going to get hated on for being a ps3 exclusive game like others before have, but some of the complaints are really dumb. Its either kratos isn't angry enough, the games too violent/gory(it is rated M for a reason)and then you even have some clown crying about the name of a trophy.
If gow is on the list then halo should be too. One halo title has basically been released every year since halo 3 minus 2008 but 2009 saw two halo games released.
Looks like a solid update! Im interested in prince of persia the forgotten sands sale but is it worth it at $10?
I wonder what people will cry about next week in the gaming world, I have seen things far worse than this. I've never been a fan of sessler, but now I really dislike him.
