VR isn't dying a slow deathdeath. It's actually already dead. It's not ready for home use. Maybe try again in ten years, but honestly no one will ever have enough space for it to truly shine
@BiggerBoss FIFA literally outsells every other sport game out there...
The main story line was fun, and the game held up well. The end game content needed tweaking, and thankfully it received it. The game has really changed and holds up much better than Destiny 1 or 2.
Silly conclusion...
I'm willing to bet everyone who said that they prefer physical is in their 20s or younger. Everyone who is older and has a real job would rather just hit the home button and select their game
Who buys physical games anymore? I love never having to thumb through my over 200 games. That would drive me crazy. Plus the mess of keeping it neat and orderly. Honestly though there should be at least a $5 discount on digital games since the store marks games up like 20%
More Nintendo cell phone games incoming.
Not a console mover, but it should sell well
I'll agree Spiderman is over hyped. But the crossplay stuff isn't a big deal, and in sure Last of Us 2 will be amazing. Days Gone I'll wait until it's closer before judging.
All in all Sony definitely has locked down this generation, and all but mastered cinematic single player experiences.
Microsoft could learn a lot from their games.
You also don't have Xbox, another reason you won't support it
Speed isn't even the issue, it's latency
It all comes down to of a game is fun to play, or just has a good story. A good story will get views, a great game will get sales...
This was one of the games that got me into PC gaming. Seeing EA destroy it really upset me. Between this and World of Warcraft, RTS games died.
Definitely cocky but they have already more than won this generation. The next move that matters isn't until the release of the next systems, the power of them and the price point.
I agree but i don't see the same optima in game for RDR2. Not exactly a lot of carriages or horses that can be added. I expect this game to get more DLC than anything
GTA Online has definitely worried me. But hopefully this game shows us Rockstar isn't all about the keeping the economy alive in game, and cares more about the gamer.
There is no market for VR yet. Not at the state the technology is in currently.
Can't we just enjoy a conference without someone telling us why we didn't really like it or why we shouldn't have liked it?
Definitely a successful generation this go around! Sony definitely stepped up after their missteps with PS3. Although even PS3 finished strong.
I really don't think the home console is going anywhere for another 50 years until cloud computing and lightning fast internet is truly a viable thing.
