A simple Google search saw Xbox One S increasing 1000% in UK, and the I've S actually increased 111% in US after the Pro announcement show after already increasing sales over 300% in the US.
The amounts sold i don't know, it's not released, but they are outselling PS4
Not bad, considering they had dropped quite a bit... Let's see if it continues to sell past the release date. Honestly, 200% is not what I'd expect for a console release. Look at what the One S did for sales increasing...
I made a comparison regarding highly anticipated exclusives. Sony fans bashed Gears 4. This game will likely sell less despite getting way more publicity. I'm not a fanboy, I have purchased every gaming console since the Colecovision, including the Atari Jaguar. I'll likely buy a Pro and Scorpio.
I expect it doesn't even sell as well as Gears 4. Although I loved SoC, I don't expect the same amazement considering the biggest part of that game to me was how large the characters were.
I hate to be that guy, but I'm usually good at spotting the difference... I got excited because I was considering the pro to go with my S... Not convinced yet... Maybe soon
There will not be an Xbox 3... They have announced already that generations are over. PS5 will launch a new generation for Sony while Xbox will continue with upgraded consoles so you can keep playing old games...
@Goldby if PS Now isn't geared towards people who want to have backwards compatibility, then to use your argument against you, I guess you would say that PS4 has absolutely no BC options then. Since you argue that PS Now is used to build a library, and Xbox One BC is free...
When you take an low quality image and try to create a higher resolution image, that's called upscaling. Technically any form of generating an image is called rendering.
@rainslacker this isn't hard to follow. The image is created at a lower res, then using checkerboard rendering it is upscaled to a higher res .
The frame buffer of the Xbox One S is 4k, so you are telling me ur isn't upscaling the lower res image? My God man. Seriously? It...
I don't think these upgraded consoles are going to work the way I hoped. I was hoping that we might see more than resolution upgrades. I was hoping games would stay the same resolution and go to the next level.
Like if They could make The Division and Watch Dogs look like they were originally shown to us as in their reveals... That's what I want, not cleaner edges...
So Sony upscaling is better than MS upscaling?
No it's not much... And Xbox had been beating it for months... I'm a little shocked

Which basically reinforces my point, despite you getting agrees and me getting disagrees... LOL fanboys

Digital everything for me too, game sharing for the win...
Digital?

Odd that PS4 does not...

I can't wait to play this game. I love this series...
Actually most GOOD mods use their own assets...
Interesting... The Gears of War bundles come in red, white, or blue... Subtle branding...
