Are you new to gaming? Sony is popular because Japan said so. MS had way more exclusives during the 360 era than Sony. Sony currently has few new IPs. Sony won this gen because of release price and being originally the more powerful machine. Fear of MS always on checks hurt also.

I dunno, I love the game, but i don't think it's the best looking. I think the characters are detailed on close-up cut scenes, and they look great in game, but overall I think there are prettier games graphically. It's a pretty barren open world game. Not a lot going on. Considering how sparse it is, it should look at least as good as it does. Compared top games like GTA and Red Dead where there is an entire city of life going on around you, this is just tiny rabbits, and occasion...

UHD Blu Ray is quite impressive and far better than any stream. Its like the old days when DVD outperformed cable.

Isn't the base PS4 a shitty non UHD Blu Ray having machine that plays the second worst version of multi plays? With Pro being 3rd worst and X being the best?

If and when Xbox gets additional great AAA releases, someone will just say it's not the games they want etc etc. This is the first year PS4 AAA games actually were of higher quantity and in some cases quality than Xbox. I love Horizon Zero Dawn, I might even grab the DLC, but honestly it single handedly gave PS4 a new quality IP. Uncharted has lost its wonder, although still a favorite of mine. I had the base model and I have a Pro now. It's not as pronounced as the difference between S and X, but it definitely is an improvement. I'm a fan of best possible version, so I still suggest the Pro over the Slim.
