FACT: these maps are created by long time forum members and beta testers, they aren't created by some guy they just picked up off the street, so the quality is obviously gonna be good (if not created by epic empolyee's and they are lieing to make out that user content will be good and possible sometime soon)
if windows Vista is just xp but with a new skin, then it should garner the original grade that XP got and maybe even more with the new skin...ect
In reality vista is a viable product just not before SP1 which is the way its been since windows 95, consumers complain about issues and by SP1 most of those issues are fixed..The reason vista gets a lower grade is because of that, many people are basing their reviews on Windows XP Sp2 and not the original OS that was complained about...

Ps3 mod support was shipped in game out of box...but to actaully make the mods and then convert them *why would one have to convert them I thought this was like supposed to be super duper easy to do i mean make mods then put them on ps3* an update is needed for the PC unreal editor.........yeah that means the game doesn't support Mods at launch you have to update stuff to get them to work and the update still hasn't been released....

kain wrong, the HD DVD spec is ment for adaption and updates and because of all HD DVD players ehternet connection it can get firmware updates immeadiately.
a simple firmware update is needed to play the 51 gig disc....the HD DVD camp wasn't the ones having problems geting dual layer discs running for a long time...that was blu ray, so I have no doubt most HD DVD players will support the new discs.
