The only place microsoft is doing badly is japan, and its not failed there, failure means no purchase no games/consoles old, Its sold Many more consoles in the time its been out then xbox did. And it still sells 2k units weekly....

Mantis is ps3 was released an year early GOD of war 2 would have been on that system, the only reason most of the bigger games released toward the end of the ps2's life we're is because they we're over 80% done on that system.
sony doesn't have 10 year life cycles, the most is 6-7 years.

So basically both systems suck at hd rendering, with the ps3 being the worse.
except dante...its fact that with a close architecture the 360 with less can do more then the pc with more, This is a proven fact just based upon computer history, Current graphical updates to pc are lowly in the fact that with each update its...basically a 1% upgrade over the last. With consoles each jump is much bigger then the pc version equivilent.
P.S: the only time we get a more then marginal upgrade on the pc arena is when a new Open GL,and or direct x version comes out...
but in the end i just dont care any more.

on most any recent system that has an comprehensive football game.
I mean basically what valve has said means that all the other devs using just the cell and the ps3's gpu could have had better looking and running games then the 360 counter parts, Which makes no sense since those same devs are using all the cell, and the gpu and even some of the spe's and are geting crap results...
So how can it logically be this way? valve is geting amazing results from just the cell and the gpu, and yet other devs using the cell, the gpu, and the spe's aren'...

So let me get this straight, a system with 3 cores capable of dual threading and they are using 90% and they're only using the one single cpu with one single core with an inferio gpu, and it looks just as good? some one at valves gonna get fired for making stupid remarks like this.

Game play isn't polished? lol as the first 2? the gameplay in this is infact more polished then the first 2 its the 3rd in the series and retro took the gameplay and polished it further with what they learned from the 1st and 2nd one, the Screw attack actually looks usuable in this one unlike the 2nd game.
