It was bound to happen. If I remember correctly Black Ops had a collectors edition that had these maps for a limited time. I'm not surprised at all.
Moxxi's Underdome isn't bad. Its a lot of fun when you're with a full party and trying the more difficult arenas.

I'd like the camera to be pulled back a bit. The huge difference of a running camera switch from the almost zoomed in camera gave me a headache, even while playing the game a second time.
