There are some indie titles I love, and others I'm not so keen on. While there was much to love about this title, there was equally a few things that impressed me little.
Basic can still provide fun, which this game does for a while when played a run at a time. Anything more than that and it can be drearily repetitive. That being said, I still love its style.
It's good to see Pokemon on the up and up.
An all-digital future makes me sad also. It's interesting that you think the digital edition of the PS5 will be cheaper than the vanilla edition.
I passed this up when it first came out as FFVIII was yet to make me an RPG fan. Now, if I ever get enough free time to do so, I'll make sure to get playing Xenoblade Chronicles.
Really glad to see you're enjoying this bud.
Unfortunately, it wasn't quite for me, but I'm glad you find enjoyment in it.
I know I certainly would have missed them had I not been afforded the pleasure of covering them.
You've got to love the current indie scene.
I'm seeing some really good points here. I have a 360 and an Xbox One and so can simply buy the OG releases, which is normally what I prefer. PS5 demonstrated the future. That's what I want to look forward to.
I'm not a huge fan of rogue-likes because the idea of failing and starting again in some twisted, Groundhog Day video game experience has me whitening my knuckles in anticipation of the frustration to come, but a great sense of style will always sucker me in. The analogy at the beginning of the review is fitting by the way.
Loving the puns. It sounds like this is a pack to look out for.
I wasn't very impressed with the first entry in the Last of Us series as I feel that, like RDR2, it's desire to emulate cinema made it a rather dull game that was not fun to play. I'm expecting better from the sequel. It looks like I may be getting it, but I'm very much keeping my expectations in check.
That seems like a hefty price tag for an expansion, but at least the quality is sound.
It was certainly an impressive showing. If my money ends up in Sony's hands, then I'll be going for the console with a disc drive, because I'm stubbornly old school.
I am a great lover of Fantasy. So it's terrific to see a PC game featuring these elements receiving, what should be, a terrific console port for people like me who don't have gaming PCs.
Terrific review pal. Very much looking forward to what part two has in store.
I'm glad to see that not all third party controllers lack any semblance of redeeming qualities.
At the very least, it has the mic, touch pad, motion controls and speaker. I remember bagging myself a third party controller for my PS3 once and it lacked the motion controller feature, meaning that I couldn't play some games.
I'm glad to see some fun was had with this title.
