Maybe a dumb question... but why don't retailers simply let people sign up proactively for them? Why can't I be in a half million person deep Amazon queue? Wouldn't this be a great thing for the sellers too? Just don't let a single address sign up twice if you want to minimize hoarding/scalpers. There's something I don't get about this... I'm just tired of the stupidity of it all.

What about a gaming website that really talked about games. Honestly it would have inferior content (I would guess) from a "news" perspective because it wouldn't be able to use most of the crap that passes as news today. But it would have some content.

But the comment sections were about people really talked about games. What they liked, didn't like, now they thought something was particularly well executed. What other games were similar in experience, ...
