Hit the home button... Then the battery light in the upper right corner will be pulsing to show it's charging. It will be completely solid and no long pulsing when it's fully charged.

At this point they aren't ready to do a stress test on the servers. It's purely about feed back from the players.

It has nothing to do with Xbox. It's their mobile/lite OS for tablets and laptops. It's being made to compete against Chrome OS.
