a very interesting title.
hope nintendo at least shipped 500,000 copies of mario kart for the first week. those are great japan mario kart sales and it wasnt even in the top 10 most wanted games... cant wait.
they have a half a point but then again casual gamers usually have money just not alot of time to invest in games... so i dont the trend stopping cause of a recession. most are use to playing games on an expensive computer, wii is a better alternative.
i hope okami does well, then mario kart can do its damage.
that clown... nintendo has so many triple a titles in their arsenal. where is f-zero, star fox, kid icarus, mario rpg, pikmin, animal crossing, a new zelda and new properties, nintendo did not release smash, mario kart, and wii fit all before june if it didnt plan on blowing sony and microsoft out of the water at e3.
why the shock mario kart has always been a great title and this looks to be the best and for people that actually own the title , they love mario karts online options... and its one more title to show that the wii owns 08

since nintendo unlike sony and microsoft did not focus on online as its main point , i feel the wii's online is coming along very nice and offers new options different from sony and ms and it will work in its favor.
first this game deserves nothing less then a 9. it looks great and the online sounds fantastic and it brought new items to mario kart also.
okami and mario kart are games worth picking up in april.
nintendo has another huge game on its hand.. the wii has nothing to worry about in 08 especially if nintendo drops the price to 199 worldwide.

i see nothing wrong with maximizing the greatest known game character of all time.. but im sure nintendo is already working on new ideas. who brought along the wii remote or wii fit.
