Ok I totally understand what this article was trying to get at, but when you set up an hive for servers (Talking from experience) you always build with the intention of expanding it. They had preorder numbers WEEKS maybe even months before release. If you guys remember they pushed back the initial release of the game, and when the first date rolled around they should have gotten a good idea of preorder numbers then.

Not only did they take an extra 2 weeks but they also pushed the initial release of the game back 2 months. So some of the issues if not all should have been resolved.
Rockstar dropped the ball big time and instead of admitting to it they are blaming US for supporting THEM.
For the 2 weeks that they were "getting ready" for this release they have only talked about how to charge us money for in game stuff. Like Money, and DLC.
Only 2 people from my crew of 56 were able to actually play so far. Now with the 2nd day we are so far behind it's no longer going to be as fun as it was supposed to be. SMH Epic Fail.

I'm at 100% completion. The reason for the 2 week delay on release was to fix these "issues" and the game was delayed for 2 months on original release. Haven't they had enough time to prepare?? Infinity Ward, Treyarch, and other companies prepare like Rockstar did with Red Dead and Max Payne. But their biggest game has issues? I think they got lazy and tried to bounce everything off the same old servers thinking it would be ok. And they should give EVERYONE some free in game...

Microsoft runs the world. Despite how crappy their exclusive games and console is, even if its "geared towards gamers", they will always somehow win the console war. Even if they are losing the popular vote 3:1, and their console is over priced and the best game in their lineup is Ryse, which is a combat geared version of GOW without a deep story.
