I think what you are saying is that it mostly all comes down to one word: Greed. I think you pretty much hit the nail squarely on the head. Valve used to cater to PC gamers with mid or upper tier hardware, it's a bit sad to see them cater to entry level specifications first, but if their newer games scale really well to much better hardware then I won't complain too much. At least the steam machines have a fairly solid base of a decent zen 4 processor like you said. But Valve obviousl...

Disappointed but still better than the Pro? K. LOL

NGL this is a strange comment to make.

Highly unlikely for 60 on the Pro (CPU too weak) so the only difference will likely just be better graphics on the Pro.

PC version likely to come before PS6 and should be far better than PS5 if you use moderate spec new hardware at the time of release, at least in terms of fps. There's already CPUs that are a lot more powerful than in the consoles.

Guess that means no auto resolution boost or frame rate boost? Or what? I mean i guess for games already targeting to 30fps it's not going to help unless it regularly drops below 30 but then a boost to keep at 30 is hardly impressive anyway, 30 is still 30. 60 should be bare minimum these days but even above that is still a lot better until you hit somewhere over 100 or so.

The trouble is that unreal 5 games are already struggling a bit on the main consoles never mind what it will run like on a new Switch. If I was buying the new Switch it's mainly for the first party titles and not so much third party.

What is more baffling is that they all copy mario kart. If you want mario kart you play mario kart.... why not copy something that has actual substance to the single player. Like diddy kong racing or something

I would honestly avoid playing anything if you only meet minimum requirements, they are actually pretty low end. The only thing that is kind of above low end is the RAM requirement at 12GB.

The surprising thing is that recommended requirements for this game are not even that much higher than low. It lists at the higher end of the low requirements: Core i5 8400 or Ryzen 5 2600. And only i5 10400 or Ryzen 5 3600 for recommended.

Even the GPU requirements ar...
