you are proberly correct I work on computers for a hobby and you wouldn't beleive some of the simpliest things that they bring ther computer to me for, I even had people that didn't even know how to do a virus scan, I really don't understand why people make computers so hard to learn, but there is a saying that people often fear what they don't understand.
