Yea that list is pretty week, However, I want be like sony fans and dog them when I know well in advanced the said E3 will focus more on PS3 and Vita. It is ridiculous how they dogg Microsoft for what they showed at their reveal event. specially when they said 3 weeks in advance that their event will focus more on the console, and E3 will focus on games. looking at both rumored list's for E3 Microsoft is clearly better, but like I said both are rumored. Ok, one sony's list also had 2 killzone titles and two it doesn't mean their desperate. However, it would mean they are milking the hell out of it; as many companies do with their biggest franchise.
Dude if Microsoft does have DRM and Sony doesn't; they will get a hell of a lot more developer support then Sony. The developers are the ones pushing for DRM and will heavily support the console that enforces it.

I'm guessing from your reaction you think these are all first party. however, Sony only has 14 studios so unless most are 3 team studios; most will be third party. Now if this was microsoft with their 23 studios(which most ARE MULTIPLE TEAM studios) and billion dollars invested then I would believe they would all be first party. granted most probably be kinect, but it will still be more believable then all being first party as supposed to sony.
