It would be great to access it from the XMB menu just above Folding@Home. But i supposed they could do what they did with the iPhone and just make it work on the browser :(
TBH, i really cant see how the Xbox can come back. There's only one game that is guaranteed to be exclusive and that's Gears of War 2 but that's hardly going to change the outcome. They set their sights on GTA IV buts that's proving to be a bigger console shifter by far for the PS3 that 360.

Retailers will make 360 bundles too but at an extra cost. You can get a PS3 with GT5P for £299. This bundle will be the same price. And retailers aren't going to chuck in the biggest game of the year for free with a 360.
There will also be the big marketing push for this PS3 bundle. Maybe we will see the bundle advertised at the end of the GTA trailers.

Motorstorm and Metal Gear Solid 4 are the only official gaming PS3 bundles in America so far... and the MGS4 one isn't even out yet. Some reason they don't favor bundles as much as SCEE which is a shame because they work a treat in Europe.
That's great but it would be even better if we could access that service off the XMB. And i'm not talking about just PlayTV.
It will be a novelty, that's all. The Wii already has the install base and the only good games on there are made by Nintendo so you wont be seeing them on the 360. I think a huge majority of people will stick with what they know (they are casual after all) and buy a Wii instead. They will want to play with their mates who also have Wiis.
I think 360 owners who cant afford to buy a Wii will buy the remote but there wont be many more people choosing to buy the 360 thanks to this. ...
I agree and i can still see the Wii being the console of choice for casual gamers as all the games use the technology. If Microsoft do this, this could be seen as leaving the hardcore gamers.

Anyway, if MS has no bundle of their own, then this is big. A better tactic than just cutting the price of the console because it re-associates PlayStation with GTA.
Im almost certain some way or another PS3 owners will be able to access the iPlayer at some point in the near future since almost every other major media player supports it.
