i can see that happening from EA, that way Microsoft wont have to go thru all the leg work themselves when dealing with all the EA titles.
I also see EA raising the price to about 5 more dollars as well.

exactly papp, i was up til 5am eastern time playn gears of war judgement, funny thing is dont own a gears game at all not even the ultimate edition.
Ive gotten judgement thru G.W.G now im telling myself maybe i shud pick up Gears Ultimate after all.
Hell even back then some friends of mines ask me why i dont play it, but id rather watch them play the gears campaign i know the hord modes were the shit back then on gears 2 n 3.

All you have to do is the video to bring you his youtube channel and you see for yourself on what the devs said. i dont they wud just go and upload gameplay and keep lying about it. think about it you and i may not have EVERY EA game right, so yeah EA also may not give Microsoft permission to all of their games due to different ownership of a certain game.
So lets say that an indie dev wants EA money to publish their game. Well Ea wud need permission just as well Microsoft needs that same permission. But since EA are the publisher of many many games its a no brainer for them to put it on the EA access paywall.
