Oh come on FF8 should of been on the list instead of FFX, it had the best intro in the entire franchise, among other things. :)

The PS3 might be in third place now but the quality of titles it's released have been amazing not too mention they actually care about their hardcore gamers. A company which cares about it's loyal fanbase is better then a one that dosen't...first/second place in sales or not.

All those points that you've listed about Rockstar and Red Dead 2 (which should be Red Dead 3), just seen gimmick like and you will get tierd of them eventualy.
Some of them sound good but all they have to do with the map is hot key it to a button so I don't need to go into the start screen and then select it.
If they listened to the fans we would be onto a FF9 remake by now with FF7 and 8 finished and out at retail. We would get FF13 Versus as a main title FF release (FF15) which I'm hoping will still happen since it looks so good it dosen't deserve to be a spin off of that crap FF13. We wouldn't be getting a FF13-2 the team would of moved onto FF13 Versus team or even started a KH3 team.

I think he's trying to say that if your new to the game then your going up against high leveled players who will wipe the floor with you, but not because of skill but because they've unlocked better weapons mods, upgraded there boosters and have better kickbacks. U2 didn't have weapon mods, all they had was boosters and most of them were pretty crap. The mian one which was unfair was SA, so you had more people in U2 beating other players based more of skill then help from boosters...
That's what I'm thinking if they knew that they wouldn't be able to match Call of Duty, since it's a multiplatform game, then why did they make Uncharted 3's online more like any other online game instead of making it more Uncharted like. I'm just going to stick to hardcore mode since it seems that's where ND are pushing all the U2 veterans. I'll probably get disagreed to death for this but spend more time on the single player mode. Valve said themselfs they had to cut the script to make way for Co-Op in Portal 2, now I bet I'm not the only one who would rather spend more time in Single player mode.
Besides with Co-Op you had to play with someone else online, meaning if you didn't go online much you were paying for half the game.
Got to agree with MrSpace here, look what casual gaming has done to Microsoft. It's fine with the Nintendo Wii because there was balance. Sony/Microsoft were core and Nintendo Wii providing games to all gamers, but then Microsoft wanted in and they've turned on the audience who made them what they are today and now Sony might do this next gen. I loved the game, don't get me wrong but ditching the RPG elements and adding ammo...Oh sorry I mean "Thermal Clips" made it seem like any other third person shooter. I thought ME would of had a better chance to get to Number 1 then that.
