I've played on FortressCraft and I still think it's a Minecraft clone with a few added things in Notch hasn't added ....yet. Besides the modders do a load of things which has even made Notch support them in the next update.
"The remarks from Notch saddened me. For someone who has gained acclaim and fortune from a game that was inspired by others, he is essentially saying, “I can, but you can’t.” The hypocrisy is dripping off his words."
"Hollywood could easily get around that by casting a big-name actor as the villain. It only takes one big actor to draw in a crowd"
and yet people still don't get this
People say something along the lines of "Oh Nolan/Emily/Richard won't pull in an audience at the box office"
One big name star....that's all it takes. Look at 28 weeks later, Robert Carlyle was the main guy in promotional material and <S...
They say that format is old now but Lost Odyssey (the REAL FF13 title this gen) used it and it was amazing. It even added a ring feature to keep it fresh and exciting.
"Well history can be wrong you know"
- Nathan Drake :)
After seeing the Uncharted Coic Con Panel and the fact Amy Hennig went to a meeting with Neil Burger right after it..........I have hope
LOL best RPG....yeah ok then
If no other RPGs are coming out all together in 2012 then yeah it's the best because it's not going against any other RPG.
It's sad because they said themselfs that they had to cut the script for the single player story to fit co-op in.
What I've heard about co-op though I'm fine with it, I don't think I'm missing much. The more fun which comes from it is having a friend to mess around with, I play Portal for it's funny story and great single player. As I said they should of released co-op after the game was out...they did it with HL deathmatch and it was great.
I'm going to get hate for saying this but if you were unlucky like me having your friends buy a differen't version of from you or even other people who don't go online much, because there was no A.I since it was difficult to do in this game, I felt like I had payed for half a game...
I wish they stuck to the single player and it's great story...making it longer. Maybe they could of added advanced chambers, challenge maps, tme trails etc AND THEN add the co-o...
I think it's quite clear that the majority of people don't like it...comments, articles, blogs etc all point to most core gamers not liking it thus leading me to say majority instead of saying "everyone hates Kinect" because at least then I acknowledged that the casuals and some core gamers like it.
See....don't jump to conclusions and try to start arguments <sigh>
That gimmick would get tiering...fast
People would be back to there controllers in like a month
I'm really getting ticked off about how many times this has been on here.
RIGHT WE GET IT...PC has better graphics and better mod support. Heesh....
Oh Rare...how the mighty fall
Please sell the rights of your games to Sony/Nintendo where they will make better do of them. Let Nintendo create a true Banjo 3 game and let Sony create a Conker Sequel....hell give one of them Perfect Dark/Kameo
I'm more scared that they really don't see that the MAJORITY of us don't give a crap about Kinect and that they will make it an official thing in the 720....I don't want to pay for something I don...
Wow....your really happy with your 360 and the way Microsoft are treating us core gamers, such as yourself, like crap.
Microsoft only have Halo, Gears and Fable as their main titles, they had a chance with Alan Wake and Lost Odyssey but they didn't want to spend the money marketing them. All they care about is shooters...look at Sony, Killzone, Uncharted, LittleBigPlanet, Heavy Rain, God of War, GT5 etc ALL of them a different genre.
Sony is way more ...
Not when they are talking about the Xbox (not the 360) which didn't do aswell compared to the PS2. The PS2 was so successful and did support developers that's why they have so many great First party studios now. Why would Sony, at the time, listen to Microsoft when they had a console that was doing worst then the PS2. Plus Sony had done all this stuff even in the PS1 days
I highly doubt that. I know the 360 isn't doing many creative things now but don't try and say your the reason why the PS is so creative and helping supporting differen't developers since there on top in terms of pleasing core gamers this year.
I've never understood why they havent done a Family Guy game like Hit and Run
People want it opened world again and your saying they want it like COD...
Last time I checked COD wasn't an open world game
I think Sony are doing it as a just incase it really does take off. I think if Uncharted 3 dosen't become the big 3D seller then Sony may back off a bit. I don't think they are loosing money over it unlike Nintendo and the 3DS
Fringe/Xfiles game with some elements taken from L.A Noire could work. Those games would work best since they could have missions or "cases" in the game which don't need to spoil the series since the two TV shows episodes are about differen't cases each week. At the end of each case before the next chapter you do a story case which follows the story in the game kind of like the Alien story in X files or the Other Universe in FRINGE
If you go with you "Maybe" choice I really would recomend getting the past games in the Elder Scrolls series (Morrowind or Oblivion) and also get Batman Arkham Asylum.
You really can't appreciate the new games coming out when you havent played the past games.
That's just me though...
