You clearly don’t know what the X and Pro are, they are mid gen upgrades which means they are still this gen playing this gen games, the PS5 and XBOX Whatever will be playing new gen games and every generation they push the graphics as much as they can and a little bit more resolution, NOT frame rates because they can’t do both in a cheaper system and they will always pick graphics and res over that. Lol, really? The last standard resolution (for movies and TV’s at least) was 1920x1080, does that resolution multiple exactly into 4096x2160? No, it does not so it would have been stupid to make that the standard as 1920x1080 content would have looked worse as the pixels wouldn’t match, 4K is just a name for the closest horizontal resolution, just an easier way of communicating what resolution you mean and 3840x2160 is the standard, no one cares about 4096x2160.
Just to let people passing through here, Apple and Valve are in talks to get the app released, just needs a couple of tweaks and they will allow it, not saying it’s definitely going to be but it’s not a shut case yet.

Can people stop using that term, 4K assets mostly means nothing. The resolution of the game is a separate thing entirely to the quality of the graphics, the amount of polygons, the quality of textures, the quality of effects.
And yes I read the article, and it does go into more detail, but that term is being thrown around and is still a stupid misleading term that needs to end.
Except they do a piss poor job of supporting it, the Bluray app is a flaky piece of crap that's always had issues from the beginning of the Xbox One being out 4 years ago and still has issues. If it's not giving an error and then working after quitting the app or rebooting the Xbox it doesn't work at all with some discs, this is over one launch machine, one Elite and an S. Case in point, I guarantee there's a load of people right now peed off that the UHD 4K version of Guard...

What's the resolution that the game is running at got to do with how big it is in storage terms? Answer is nothing at all. Now if they added two sets of textures, one for the Xbox One X that were higher resolution and some lower ones for the standard Xbox Ones then yes it would.

There is already a beta patch out for the reasons he gave this good game a 4, so yes, it should be adjusted. Keep showing the 4 as a release score if you want, but it's only right and fair for both creators and customers to know the real score.
BS article for clicks, unlike the poor performance of Dishonored 2 this game is running fine for most people, on Steam it's got a Very Positive rating.
