I agree! I too doubt the new Xbox will have a 16 core CPU! That would be too expensive to manufacture and more expensive for us the consumer!
If anything the New Xbox and PS4 systems will be on par when it comes to capabilities! And as you said The Winner this time will be decided on who has the better Services and Features.
