This looks like a very special game for the DC universe, I am, however, a Marvel universe guy and would have loved to see this kind of work done on the marvel universe characters. Even though I am partial to marvel that won't stop me from piking up this game because it just looks so well made and it looks fun as well. This to me is a must buy!
I tend to agree with you there, Syphon Filter was one of my favorite PS1 game. After I played Metal Gear Solid I found that Syphon Filter was a refreshing alternative to MGS plus it was just plain fun to play. A PS3 remake would definitely be welcomed by hordes of Playstation gamers.

I don't mean to bash EA, I'm just saying that If I buy a game that has multi-player I want to play it for more than a year or two. I still to this day enjoy playing NFL 2k5 and wish like heck that it still had an online component available. but for me it still is a darn good game even though it's from 2005.
Yeh, they totally took out the multiple video out put from the PS3 to keep the price down, but it would have been nice to have that feature right about now. Also, it would be nice if you could have a LAN with the PS3, I have a link cable for the PS2 and when ever I get the chance I link up and play multi-player on separate screens. These developers need to let some of these franchises rest a year or two before throwing the next years addition at us that barely has any improvements over the previous games. I think that it's a shame that EA is Shutting down it's online servers for so many games, I think that they should make it a point to inform potential buyers of their software that they only intend to allow you to enjoy the online portion of their games for 2 years then you'll have to pay to buy a newer game in order to continue to play their games. Well it's a shame that EA Sports still has exclusive rights to the NFL license, because NFL 2K5 had a first player mode that would've really benefited from 3D. As a matter of fact MADDEN 11 could learn a few things from that game(NFL 2K5), things like player momentum, quaterbacks who turn around and face the direction in which they are running-evading tacklers, little things like that add to the experience.
