Yeah those guys are annoying. Luckily though, the other 99.9% of us Xbox 360 owners are just regular guys lead by common sense, unfortunately the playstation fanboys (there are A LOT of them) have to try to label us as 360 fanboys as well.
And Microsoft is not getting away with anything. They provide a robust gaming experience for an extremely valuable price, unlike Sony trying to get away with launching a console for $600.
kids want kiddy consoles, like the ps3 and wii. Us big boys play with a big boy console, the Xbox 360.
Unlike sony, Microsoft was confident enough to retire the original Xbox because the Xbox 360 showed great success which proved to them it would have a great future ahead of it. sony is still a bit weary of the success of the ps3 (mainly because it is still a failure in dead last), so they have to hold onto a last generation console for dear life to try and make a profit at the end of the day.

ps3 doesn't even come with an hdmi cable. it doesn't even come with component cables.. it comes with composite.. LOL. I think that's about a step above the NES.

The difference between the two is that Nintendo has great games. playstation does not. Oh, and about 95% of the library for ps3 is made up of sub-hd games.

EDIT: 360 doesn't need to play OG xbox games. It has such a fantastic lineup that 360 owners don't need to live in the past. I unfortunately for PS3 owners, they have a horrible selection in the library for that system so they are forced to go back and play older games that are found on the PS2. But unfortunately they can't even do THAT...
Wrong.. that's like saying bluray players can't play DVDs. They can. (I know its confusing because the PS3 can't play ps2 games, but hey thats just a crappy job by the techs at Sony)

The eye"toy" had absolutely no good games. The lineup for Project Natal is going to be fantastic and full of AAA titles.
