Its funny though how Homefront and MAG probably wouldn't even exist if it weren't for Battlefield. But anything that is different from COD in my opinion is a good thing for the genre.

BF2MC was a good game, as was BF1943. Obviously BF3 on consoles won't be as good as BF3 on PC but it will still be a good game.

Yeah the only thing in GTA 4 that was better than previous GTAs were the vehicle handling and physics. I Just hope they now combine those with the insane fun of San Andreas and GTA will be great again.
Yea Unself... nevermind GTA IV was better on the 360. If i remember correctly it was 720p on 360 and 640p on PS3 (upscaled to 720p). The framerate on the 360 was better as well, and the PS3 version had much more pop-in. Oh yeah and 360 users didn't have to wait an extra year for the DLC...
The only thing that could gimp the PS3 version is if they decided to use more space; but if necessary the 360 version would come on a second disc and require an install. The PS3 version...

THis game just keeps sounding better. Hopefully there will be at least a 16 player free mode (like GTA4) this time around instead of just 2 player co op. I don't mind the lack of competitive multiplayer this time around as I never played it in SR2 anyways.
I want them to focus 'too much' on the multiplayer. Its the main aspect that you're going to end up playing for 10s if not 100s of hours.
I think it already has more than 200,000 preorders alone. So sales wise I think they are predicting it will be successful enough to warrant a sequel.
