I dont care much for stories in games. Most are pretty lame anyways. You can only really play the story once.. the gameplay is what keeps people coming back, if its good that is.
Well you gotta play in the minor league before you can make it to the big league, so I'm optimistic that they'll make a good game.. Plus maybe the fact that it is (most likely) a Star Wars game will give the developers an extra bit of motivation.
Spark has said many times on twatter that they don't show their games.. their publisher does. But coincidentally LucasArts will be there, so..
Guess Ill just play offline then..
Well, that blue chick whose nipples were visible in Jabba's Palace was a pretty good dancer
Bargain bin price on day 1.. well hopefully LucasRATS will finally get the message that we (me) want SWBF3 and not more crap SW games.
It was 'confirmed' to have been cancelled all the way back in April 2010.
"end of story".. you should have said that to the ME developers, apparently they've never heard of the saying..
If we were able to accept Wii as part of our normal vocabulary, we can pretty much accept any name
I just hope next gen, games will go back to focusing on being games and not trying to be some sort of interactive movie from a wanna-be hollywood producer.
Actually it is a surprise. So many games now have pre-planned DLC, so to see a publisher actually scrap the idea is quite surprising.
Could it really be the one and only pp??? LOL
The core Battlefield game should have stayed on PC; and they should have made a Battlefield 3: Modern Combat for consoles. And not have taken any ideas from COD for either game.
Unfortunately though, the more 'diverse' a Battlefield game gets, it means the less true BF-gameplay that the old BF fans will get. Which is a shame, since COD fans will not only have COD, but they'll have stuff in BF too! While BF fans will have about half of a BF game for themselves.
Don't worry, the maps in Armored Kill will be 3km x 3km. The catch is that the playable area will be 20ft x 20ft. Technically the map is still big though!
Me too. Though from what I've 'gathered', I think Spark is making a new Bounty Hunter game, and LucasArts is actually making SWBF3 themselves.
Unfortunately I dont think we'll ever see the awesome maps from BF2MC.. mainly because they were made by DICE Canada, I doubt most of the developers at the current DICE even knows the game exists.
Battlefield: Close Quarters huh...
RIP Battlefield
1942-2142
I hope a good Star Wars game gets announced. Its been years since there has been one.
Probably because they knew it was really the only way to get any sort of publicity for their game
