If it didn't matter then Halo would of died a long time ago as it's MP just isn't that good in comparison. People buy Halo for the campaign.
it's Halo... Halo without a good campaign is pointless as the MP has never been impressive.
MGSV and GTAV are the most overrated games of the past few years. I don't see the problem with an 85 on metacritic for Halo 5. It's a realistic score and sounds reasonable. User reviews aren't worth looking at as it's always got people giving the full 100 or people giving it a 0 which are both wrong.
PSN gets more press because it was down a lot more and more frequently, you can't say it wasn't even at the start of ps4 it was down every month or so. It has improved though.
Ye the store is pretty bad, but overall i think PSN is improving as it some how hasn't been down for a while for me which is impressive considering how poor it has been at some points.
DayZ Mod is and was fantastic so yes there are worthwhile open world Multiplayer games, Arma games in general have great open world Multiplayers. Even MMO's can be seen as worthwhile open world games as Madmonkey has said.
Ye but witcher 3 looks incredible anyway so it hardly matters.
It's not an MMO though all you have to do to see that is watch youtube videos, It's a glorified Co-op game. This game just looks and sounds worse and worse the more I here of it as it's not the game they initially showed off.
This is exactly what I said in post the other day and got 50 dislikes... It's a sequal not a new IP yet people are expecting MASSIVE changes. This isn't how sequels work...
Franchises don't change because they don't NEED to, Halo is still the same game with slight changes, as is CoD, GTA ( better visuals each time but still the same game at it's core), Uncharted (Just play the collection they really aren't that different from each other). It's not ...
How is it a dumb down version? It's a better GAME than Unity... Visuals are just as good as well without the sub 20 fps. Once again someone who hasn't played the game is judging it as you would know this.
No you hate it because you never really liked the series anyway but you just want a reason to say why you don't like it and why others shouldn't like it even though you weren't interested in it in the first place... For MOST people AC is ALL about the setting and it always will be, the story is in the main settings not the future parts which tbh have always been pretty crap.

I'm amazed how MS and 343i have changed Halo around since Halo 4 as it was all hate for both 343 and MS then, now everyone is super hyped and backing 343. What changed? as from my view 343i did a great job with 4 and 5 looks even better.
It's a sequel what do you expect? It's not meant to massively change over wise the fan base may not like it... Halo, CoD and GTA all haven't really changed, yes they have had visual improvements but gameplay wise they are all pretty much identical to the other games in the series.
Yomfweeee, it's not just Unity that was broken it was Watchdogs, Far Cry 4 and The Crew were all let downs. Although i do agree that it was one bad year and it's hit them extreme...
Well considering London back then was the BIGGEST city in the world and the most populated then it kind of does matter, however it doesn't NEED the big crowds like Unity as the whole point of Unity was to show large crowds of people revolting where as it's not the same on Syndicate so the crowds are not needed. Syndicate does however have the Thames which has hundreds of ships going up and down it which Unity didn't have.
Overall Syndicate is a better game anyway ...
Scuf controllers are the same... Over priced the only reason people would buy these is if they believe it's going to improve how they play.
It's aimed at people who are good, yet they might not meet demand? i'm sorry but people are buying this because they honestly believe it will make them better at games when it's not going to make any difference to most of the people who buy it.
3 and 4 were the best episodes but they were all good it's easily this years sleeper hit.
People who buy this are only buying it because they THINK it will make them better. It won't.
Your 60% for the story on Battlefield? There is 100% something wrong with you... BF has always been a MP focused game. Halo however is different as most people buy it for the SP as the MP just isn't that good.
