It could be even better though with bigger maps and more players, basically TLoU style Dayz would be great.
What i'm saying is you cant say a game is over hyped if you yourself weren't hyped up for it... What your trying to say is it was overrated not over hyped. I went into MGSV with no hype for it and was still disappointed, I don't think the game is/was over hyped but I do think it was overrated.
No YOU overhyped it as you must of brought into the hype of other people. People blaming themselves hyping a game too much on other people, it's nothing to do with that it's YOU who hypes it up for yourself... Stop hyping games up, then YOU might enjoy the game.
Hype just ruins good games now a days as people expect way too much from the game to a point where it's IMPOSSIBLE to hit those expectations even if the game is a good game. There is no way games can hit e...
100% agree Witcher 3 exploration wasn't as good as Fallout 4's but for me the story and characters push it ahead along with the side quests. Both great games in their own right even if haters can't deal with it.
Why did you say it was most over hyped then? It's individual people that over hype games... How can it be over hyped if you weren't hyped for it? That makes NO sense.
Agreed, bandwagons and hype trains are a problem at the moment. If people stopped jumping on hype trains for games they know they won't like then maybe there would be less negativity towards games that are actually good. People expect WAY too much from some games that they can only end up being disappointed.
I love Fallout 4 but it's not quite as good as Witcher 3 for me but it's certainly good enough to win awards even with it's bugs which says a lot about th...
Why is that a reason? that's your fault for over hyping it... People going on about it revolutionizing gaming were obviously going to be disappointed, it was always going to be fallout3/NV but with improved gameplay in different zones.
If you over hype ANYTHING now a days your asking to be disappointed, stop going into games thinking they will be the best game ever then you might actually enjoy the damn game rather than on a forum crying about it.
Ye Witcher 3 and Bloodborne are the best games this year.
The whole mass appeal thing is a poor excuse... Witcher 3 is hardly a big name either, comes from a dev that pretty much every console player has never heard of as well. It obviously has done something to make it stand out with people which is why it will win awards, bloodborne was great but it doesn't stand out like Witcher 3 does. If anything more people would of heard of Dark Souls and From software than CD Projekt and The Witcher.
Fallout and MGS are both bigger name...
Um Bloodborne is just a faster paced Dark Souls game that is much much easier... If anything Demons souls and DS1 are better than it. So your statement is stupid as it is also doing what other games are doing but Witcher 3 and bloodborne do what other games do but better, both are contenders but Witcher 3 is a much bigger game and has quality content from start to finish which makes it stand out this year.
Witcher 3 is easily the best game this year. Quality content all the way through. It has some bugs but it doesn't change the fact it's a great game.
I agree with most of his scores but the one i'm most surprised with recently was his MGSV review I was sure he would see that game for what it is rather than giving it a 9/10.
ye but the old Battlefronts were casual as well... No idea why people seem to think the old ones had a skill gap as they didn't.
Personally I prefer CoD this year as I think it's one of the best CoD's in a while.
I haven't defended Battlefront at all it's got a severe lack of content but gameplay wise it's solid... At least it doesn't need auto aim for the gameplay to work. I just say what i think unlike most of the people on forums who just jump on bandwagons or say exactly what people want to hear to get more bubbles or likes...
some of those games that have SP and MP are brought primarily for MP such as Battlefield and CoD... They both outsell most SP only games and are pretty much MP only games, even without Single players those 2 games would sell a lot. Destiny is a MP only game that has probably out sold most SP games this gen as well. So yes they do exist, then there's WoW, Dota, LoL and CS on pc which are MP only games that have huge player bases and have all made more money than SP games for years now.
You people crack me up... You bitch and moan at MP only games being full price yet you will happily buy a 5 hours SP game that has no replay value for the same price... At least the MP game has replay value to it. Not saying Siege is good because it isn't but I would much rather buy a decent MP game for full price than a measly 5 hour long SP game that has very low replay value, because the MP only game actually provides better value for money than the 5 hours SP game.
Rockstar make nothing but overrated twoddle anyway. RDR being their best game but still Rockstar have a serious problem with gameplay, if your game needs auto aim then there is a glaring problem with your game.
no. No it does not. It feels like a lifeless FPS game.
MP only games are fine when they are done right... Just like how 5 hours SP games that have 0 replay value are a waste.
It goes both ways.
75% of the best game ever... The game is average across the board apart from it's gameplay. It's neither the best game ever or the best game this year or even the best game in the series. Got half way through and never went back because of the games horrendous mission design in both side and main missions, then theirs the characters which are beyond dull.
Bloodborne or Witcher 3 are the best games this year easily.
