All this talk about 4k I'd juse like a console that can do 1080p at 60fps. Looks like next gen is going back to Nintendo vs Sony.
At least it looks more like a console then a 80s vhs player still won't buy one though.

You can have 50 app's but when 49 are crap who cares? If you want a cheap pc go for the xbox one.

I'm playing uncharted, I can't tell it runs at 30fps looks great. Not tried online.
I've owned all 3 this gen. Got rid of my xbox one didn't get used after halo, traded it in for another ps4 to stop the arguments. Wii u still gets used and we still play original wii sports it's still the best console for local play.
It's must have if you like sports games.
But for me I wouldn't bother not many games on there I'd play. If Sony's streaming games service worked as advertised it would be better value but it lags.
Sony need a public relations boost with all this crap about ps4k. So they need to talk to Activision and bring back Crash, only platformer I enjoyed.

Just need a couple of must have games at launch, Demo units in all major game stores. My son loves his vita, Move has been in the draw for ages but I remember having a lot of fun but time moves on and motion control fad passed. Vr will succeed on strength of its software and people not throwing up after every gaming session.
Wait and see no one has confirmed it. Could just be a slim version with 4k film playback, maybe faster hard drive. Or it could be a vr version where you don't need the second box and make it more affordable.
Just hope while these rumours are flying it doesn't put customers of buying a ps4 or xbox one.
Nintendo, have only themselves to blame for the win u. The controller though bulky is brilliant, great family friendly console but they need to cater for all tastes. They think they can survive without third party support and if that carries over to its next gen console, it will have the same fate.
3 games I wanted to play from last gen 2 have been remastered. So Bc is not a big thing for me.
I sold my s box wish I'd held on for a bit game looks excellent. I'll pick one up again when Microsoft starts giving them away :)
Sony has won the console war this gen, Microsoft are just moving the goal posts and to save face. The only real competition is Nintendo. Microsoft can go head to head with valve with its TV pc.
