Exclusive games. for some reason Nintendo games are popular. Not forgetting its hybrid so its taking from 2 markets handheld and home console. X was launched to give playerz choice and to give this gen a boost, just like the pro. Not to compete with the switch

Yeah sorry sony were cocky, they lost touch with its user base. Just like Microsoft at the start of this gen. Ps3 was worth its askin price but was to expensive fot its market.
Nintendo tried to go it alone with limited 3rd party support. I preferred the wii u over the switch. Loved the second screen local co-op could have done so much more😕
After living with game pass and trying ps now i wouldnt bother. Ps now, no good for online gaming. Game pass.. 3 games that i play in the last few month's gone. Games are not movies or tv series you need longer to finish.

Sony dont need to win e3 when they have won the war. Xbox basically wrote this gen off if the rumour of project scarlet in 2020 is true.

Microsoft had the better conference but sony win because of the quality of its exclusives.
Should have left the classic alone, or pass it on to studio that still know what gamers want.
If they wasn't plalyin catch up it would have been a solid performance. Its just not enough. So much more they could have done. Missed opportunity.
