According to the reports I've read MGS5 was not finished due to Konami and Kojima fallout. I do agree with the voice acting argument you addressed, but the downgrading isn't the choice of Kojima. The game according to nearly everyone I've spoken to found the game outstanding, and the fact that Kojima was banned from going to the awards to be celebrated for making one of the best games of the year is utterly disrespectful.
I haven't played Mad Max yet, but I do feel that Until Dawn was one of the sleeper hits of the year. I would pick Witcher 3 for game of the year hands down.
If it made that much money in the west then it would have been released. I think the publishers have tried to make excuses as to why they don't wanna pay to localise it.
I agree. Too many open world games have those stupid collectable quests and many have very repetitive quests. I found Until Dawn enjoyable and it wasn't very long. Open world games have been ruined by The Witcher 3 and Metal Gear 5 (from what I hear) because they do it so well.

I have a feeling that the game was getting so costly they just threw it out. That game is amazing, but it must have cost a fortune, and I feel that the review scores proved this is how you make a AAA game. If Konami were smart (which they're proving not to be) they would use the engine, and make another game, not MGS for a while. Any MGS game they bring out in the next few years will be compared to Kojima's work, and with all the fallout between the company and Kojima, they should kee...
I think that could be a long time coming. There could be some legality that will stop him explaining all, but we are all aware that there is a story there, just like there probably are in a lot of studios. Obviously I think Konami/Kojima's is an interesting one, and every single gaming site will be jumping for a chance to get the story.
6/10 is unplayable. That is a slightly above average game. He isn't saying its a terrible game. A terrible game is a 1-3.

No one should ever listen to anything that the Sun writes because it is full of rubbish. The entire paper is full of stories and "news" that help drain away intelligence from its readers. The best thing any of us can do is ignore the paper and also tell everyone they meet not to read or support this pile of crap. Guys don't read it and give the website views because this is what they want.
