i think the point is that technology advances so it will always be a step up in gens, but the gameplay mostly is stay the same. nothing that has been shown yet define as not being able to run on last gen consoles. most of it is gfx. and if a game can be play on a last gen console wouldnt that mean their engine is scale able. unless we see some gameplay element that is doing some intense workloads, i dont see how it wouldnt work without scaling the gfx back.

I Dont mean to so like a downer, but they just said that they put things in the game that's in every urban open world game. Im glad they finally put this in, the game always seem dead and lifeless. Is h hour still coming to ps4 they did even made the amount they needed. They made enough to make the concept demo to show publishers, but who knows how that's gonna end.
