120 frames is just PR, because almost no one got high end tv that are able to reach 120 frames, but yes a game like this shoud reach 120 frames without problems.

It demands more work and 3rd party dont care and wont do. Valhala is a great example. If you think that 3rd party studios will waste much time optimizing games for the Xbox One, xbox X Series C and series X, well you will have a big surprise.
