Thats the problem. To come. Right now You dont need the console... No company with half a brain launch a console with zero games. After a full gen with the catch phrase Microsoft doesnt have games... Right now they are already behind the numbers of the xbox one! Its just crazy. Who in the right mind would think that playing old games with higher rez would make gamers buy the console the most powerfull console ever...

Dude, it doesnt. Old games its not the same. Thats why the topic on n4g about the series x. Gamepass is cool, very cool, but, again doesnt match the hype of playing a brand New game on your brand New console.
Microsoft wasnt prepared to launch the console this year. That simple. Didnt had time to launch games, gamepad, ui. So the jump from the one x to te series x doesnt feel big. To much talk about old games. To much talk about teraflops. While on the other side You get even a new game with the console for free. The bc advantage is over. Maybe by this time next year things could be better, but right now...

Again comparing portable hybrid to next next gen consoles is just stupid. No, the switch doesnt stand out... No it doesnt have any flare.... The only thing missing right now is stock from ps5....
Games that have problems from day one cant never get 8. that simple. But mags like edge close their eyes to crap like this... Studio keep doing this year after year....
The point Was that Microsoft sold this like a 1440 machine and this seems weaker then the one x and even the pro. Games running at sub 1080p on a cross gen console. The switch its a hybrid portable machine.
The gap could be even bigger if there were more ps5. This the reality of videogaming Sony sells 2 or 3 times more then Microsoft without problems. Nothing change.

Not really. The ps5 loads 45% faster then the x. Not 5 or 10%. Sony didnt lied to its gamers about the speed of ssd. Its a reality from day one.
Whats destroying gaming is renting, gaas empty games, trying to buy every studio they can, dlc, loot boxes and not exclusives.
