Really hype with this game. I think Insomniac is the studio more experienced with next gen. They really are working like Covid doesnt exist.
Are Microsoft and Sony even competing with each other anymore?.Right now They arent. Microsoft aproach are services. They dont care if they got new games at the start of a new gen. Their only talk are services. Sony is doing what it did with the PS4 is giving us blockbuster and good games from the start.
The series S cant even have the improvements that the Xbox One X got... its a digital console with 364 gigas of space that got problems to run locked at 1440p. The same grade both? because the S got FPS boost and quick resume? They arent even on the same league. The X is a good console, spec wise, but the S isnt. It was part of the strategy of Microsoft to say they got the cheaper console... but anyone that wants to play next gen games isnt getting them with the S.
I was blown away when i played for the first time Resistance on the PS3. Great Game. Also liked very much an played for hundred of hours the Co-op of R2. The SP campaign of R3 is also excelent. I really hope that Sony and Insomniac annouced the Remaster of the Series and a new chapter. They got story to do that.

After last gen. With the catch phrase 'xbox got no games' told countless times. In every single discussion... Well. Microsoft didnt learn. They are in the same position. The only blockbuster game for this year its halo. The last was gears... And there is talks about forza in mexico? Everything else that is being talked from Microsoft for this year are average games without any hype. Its not a b+ in any business...

They launched the console one year ahead of plan. Microsoft wasnt ready to launch it. Anyone can see that. Services and features dont justify 500... Anybody that got the one x really dont need to get another Microsoft console. Maybe in 2022 things change

I think from the start it felt next gen. Astrobot was perfect to show that beside spec, it got a next gen gamepad and it got a ui super fast. Something that was so slow on the ps4. Their games are impressive. Miles morales is excelent and now having fun with returnal. Sony just delivers. Thats the reality.
