Ya with all the major 3rd party games coming to current gen I'm sure most gamers can wait and don't care to jump into next gen day one. But for us, this is huge! Can't wait for PS4 on launch day. Calling in sick for sure.
Highly doubt Sony ever planned to make the cam included in the launch systems. I think those rumours are just journalist taking sh... And making news.
It's too late to pull the DRM. They (X1) can make it not mandatory but the DRM is there. One system update and its on. After the first hack they will pull the trigger lol.
this rumour is bull$hit. Sony never planned a camera bundle. Might offer one but never planned to make it the only launch option like X1 did. Well x1 doesn't work without its cam but you know what I mean.

Probably an amazon or GameStop bundle. Maybe a Black Friday bundle. But I doubt this is what rumour say is something they ditched at last minute to come in at less then X1. Sony was never one for launch bundles.

So true, I know a handful of people who can't find the last of us anywhere. And they have been looking everyday. How could they only sell 1.17 million if its completely sold out. Weird.
I feel sorry for people who don't play this game. It's so good.
This is why Sony has such great exclusives. They take risks on games and the people that make them.
Sony pays for all that. They are the publisher. It's a percentage based system. That game company has paid off their development costs and is now in profit. It is a shame it took this long as sales are probably slow at this point.
PS4, price, system specs and games. That was easy.
I'd say PS4 due to price, system specs, indie games, exclusive games, 3rd party games will look better, free to play and ps plus. Plus of course region free and no DRM. Also without ps plus you can still use PSN features like cross game chat, play free to play games and use apps like Netflix.
I've never been so excited for gamescon. Hoping for some reveals from Sony. Also for TGS I hope they shed some light on the last guardian.

Ya we still have gamescon and TGS which Sony takes very seriously. Sony has a lot of European developers and partnerships. Then in Tokyo we have Japan studio and third party games. There are more games to come. Hopefully an RPG.
Personally I don't care. Never crossed my mind as I was playing. I'm sure there is a Joel look alike out there somewhere too.
Just finished TLOU and its one of the best games ever made. Every gamer needs to play this game at some point. Hope they do a PS 4 remake for the Xbox fans switching over next gen. Or use the cloud to make it playable on ps4.
Ya I'm think killzone multiplayer for sure. And some games that will make a first appearance. Then TGS in September too! Hope to see the last guardian. Now that x1 dropped the DRM ( which I don't Beleive) I hope Sony comes out strong at gamescon and TGS. Finish Microsoft off before launch.
Ready At Dawn is the new Insomniac. I think they will be even better. Yes I said it.
Agreed. The DS4 has the immediate advantage because its more "next gen".
