There does seem to be a lot of variation in the review scores for this game, I've seen scores ranging from 1.5/10 all the way up to this review with a 9/10 and a mix of almost all scores inbetween :/
I think that games like Moss show that virtual reality can be done incredibly well but its quite a new medium that probably needs time to mature.
I know some people find the idea of idea of hacking up naked giants more than a little strange, But I loved the first game and really enjoyed my playthrough.
This is on my radar for the 20th, the only question is do I buy it for the Switch for portability or X/Pro for the 4K graphics?!
Thanks for the contribution Abriael :)

"this is def. NOt just a singleplayer game, certainly not since it's mainly being pitched as a co-op experience."
This ^^
@Maximus,
I thought I'd leave the title as per Sterlings work as he's a quirky character and his choice of words usually reflect an element of his comedy, but yes totally agreed "bestest" is very childlike.
Did you enjoy the video?
I find people either love or hate Jim Sterling son, Personally I find him hilarious and have been following his work since the Digital Homicide lawsuit where his weekly commentary on the ca...
I think that Santa Monica Studio should be applauded for taking the series in a fresh direction, too many games these days play it safe and are afraid to change things up.
People moan about a lack of innovation, and then complain when a dev takes a risk on their favourite IP.
Look at Santa Monica's record, they're not going to let their fanbase down.
Looking forward to picking this one up on release.
Having read the submission below and watched the attached videos, it doesn't look to me like the game has been downgraded.

Great day for good news,

"Unless you play it as a single player game"
So by that rationale you would define COD as a single player game and not multiplayer?
A singleplayer game as I understand it is a game that features no multiplayer component.
If a game has any kind of capability for multiple players then by definition it is a multiplayer game.
Game looks great, but so does Day's Gone.
I'm gonna play both, I think both will be great games in their own rights.
"State of Decay 2 is going to spank Days Gone. No contest."

"Look at that EA! Single player game if done right sells in the millions. What was that you said EA? No one wants to play single player games anymore? 7.5 million people just proved you wrong."
It's a multiplayer game.
Absolutely delighted to read this!
Hopefully the success of MHW will lead to a trend of many more Japanese titles making the trip across the water to gamers in the west :)
Very interesting article that doesn't pull any punches in its criticism of the Xbox One's shaky start this console generation, Whilst giving credit to the team for the positive steps taken to drive the brand forward in light of extremely strong competition from the PlayStation 4.
Good article.
Haha, Thanks :)
